Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CoachGrind. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using the services, you agree to these terms and any order form or written agreement that applies to your organization.
If you use CoachGrind for a school, club, team, staff, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to use the service for that organization.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your workspace.
- CoachGrind is intended for coaches, staff, administrators, and authorized users, not direct use by children under 13.
Your content
You keep ownership of plays, playbooks, diagrams, install plans, scripts, notes, uploaded files, prompts, and other content you submit to CoachGrind.
You grant CoachGrind permission to host, process, display, copy, transmit, modify, and create derived technical outputs from your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
CoachGrind materials
CoachGrind software, design, branding, sample plays, templates, interface elements, documentation, and product content are owned by CoachGrind, Vauntless, or licensors. You may use them only as allowed by these terms.
AI output and coaching judgment
AI features are assistive tools. They may generate plays, routes, notes, summaries, corrections, and recommendations, but they do not replace staff judgment.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI output for football accuracy, player safety, age level, rule compliance, terminology, alignment, and fit with your program.
CoachGrind does not guarantee that AI output is correct, complete, unique, legal for every rule set, or appropriate for every team.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CoachGrind lawfully and professionally. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
Plans, trials, and payment
CoachGrind may offer free, trial, paid, staff, or program plans. Pricing, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may be shown in the product, on an order form, or in a separate agreement.
If paid billing is enabled, you authorize CoachGrind or its payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated in an applicable order.
Beta and roadmap features
Some features may be labeled beta, preview, early access, roadmap, or coming soon. These features may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Roadmap descriptions are planning signals, not commitments to ship a feature by a specific date.
Service availability
We work to keep CoachGrind reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, network issues, or events outside our control.
Disclaimers
CoachGrind is provided on an as available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CoachGrind and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or lost opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using CoachGrind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service unlawfully.
